Due to our premium chocolates' perishable and temperature-sensitive natures, we require overnight or next-day air shipping for all orders during warm-weather months (typically March through October) or whenever temperatures exceed 65°F at the shipping origin or destination. In regions known for consistently high temperatures (such as Texas, Arizona, or Florida), overnight or next-day air shipping is required year-round to maintain the quality of your chocolates.

Our Warm Weather Precautions

Every order is carefully packed with an insulated liner and a cold pack to protect your chocolates during transit. However, extended transit times can compromise product quality even with these precautions. By choosing overnight or next-day air shipping, you help ensure the best possible experience.

• Track Your Package: We provide tracking numbers for every order. Please use them to monitor delivery and plan accordingly.
• Be Available for Delivery: To prevent your chocolates from sitting in a warm location, be available to receive the package directly or arrange delivery to a cool, secure location.
• Smart Locker Options: If available in your area, consider shipping to a USPS Smart Locker or UPS Store. Note that some UPS Stores may charge a small pickup fee.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure the best product quality upon arrival. This prevents your chocolates from sitting in non-climate-controlled facilities over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week will ship the following Tuesday.
